Ocean Enterprises Class Policies

We’re so excited to have you join one of our classes at Ocean Enterprises. While we make every effort to complete all classes as scheduled, there are some instances where a course may be canceled. Please see our policies below regarding class minimums, refunds, and weather cancellations.

Class Minimums

• All our classes require a minimum number of students to run. If that minimum is not met, the class will be canceled. If your class is canceled due to low enrollment, you may transfer your tuition to another scheduled course or receive a full refund on course tuition.

Refunds and Transfers

• PADI E-Learning materials cannot be refunded once the code has been registered to your account.
• Tuition for all classes is fully refundable 72 hours prior to the class start date.
• Classes transferred within 72 hours of class start date will incur a fee.
• Refunds will not be given on class tuition once the class has begun.

Weather Cancellations

• In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, the ocean training exercises will be rescheduled.

Paperwork and Logistics

• All partipants must fill out a Diver Medical Form before participating in any in-water activities.
• In addition to the diver medical, liability waivers specific to each course will be sent to you via email from PADI. Paper forms may be provided as an alternative.
