Victor has been certified as a scuba diver since 2010 and is now a professional diver by trade. He is a Navy veteran, having served as a Mineman and shipboard surface rescue swimmer. He has been with the Ocean Enterprises Dive Team since 2019, and when he isn’t teaching others how to dive, Victor dives for the U.S. Navy as a contractor.

Victor first became certified because long dives at the beach sounded like more fun than long walks on the beach. In the water, he enjoys self-reliant diving, taking photos and videos on his GoPro, jet fins, and telling anyone who will listen how great drysuits are.
