Lisa's scuba journey began when she became open water certified in 2001. Her passion for scuba diving was reinvigorated when she took the reactivate class to be able to dive more confidently with her daughter, who got her youth open water certification at age 10.  After progressing through many other diving certifications, Lisa took the leap to become a divemaster.  She loves the excitement of not knowing what cool underwater creatures she may see from one dive to the next.  Her favorite is the octopus!  When not underwater, Lisa is a veterinarian specializing in emergency and urgent care. She enjoys running ultramarathons, surfing, riding dirt bikes and traveling with her family.
