During many years, he dove in different oceans all around the world. After spending 26 years as and F/A-18 instructor in the Swiss Air Force and working for the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs in the United States, he decided to switch career.  He founded a coaching practice focus on Leadership and High Performance. In 2016, Hubert Became a PADI instructor and soon after became a Master Instructor. He is certified to teach many specialties with his favorite being night, wreck and deep diver specialties. He is an avid technical diver certified to dive advanced trimix. On the side, he is involved in different non-profit organizations, volunteering, mentoring and teaching activities to help, support and serve people in the community.
